Good location
Staff were very rude, rooms not clean, bathroom was a disgrace - like a prison cell! Walls werent painted, bars across window no glass just mosq net, ants everywhere! Cant imagine how bad the standard rooms are. Asked at reception if I was in the right room, got a rude reply. Way overpriced, better value available

The hotel is only a short walk from Railay west beach and there are plenty of restaurants a short distance fron the hotel. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, the only thing I didn't like was the decor in the bathroom but this wasn't a problem.

It is located on the east side, we loved the Italian Resturant, they had great Pizza.
70% of the staff were Lady Boy, we didnt have any problem with that but they were not friendly at all, No smile and no respond to any greeting or most of the requirments. We had to stay one extra night because of bad weather and we paid almost 3 times more than what we paid through Booked.net

The location of the resort is magnificent, just off Tonsai beach where all the boats arrive and the restaurants are located. the bungalow I stayed in was modern and well-designed. - Great service was provided during my stay at the resort.

This is a hotel for low- price / back-packer budget only
Internet Pictures show direct access to the ocean. Be aware that this "ocean" is a mosqito infested mangrove swamp. Bathing is not possible. There is garbage everywhere.

View of the bay was incredibly beautiful, the room was neat and modern. The setting was good, near many good bars & restaurants, all the boats and the pier to/from Ao Nammao. A cool bonus was Pranang Cuisine, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
